The Mid 2022 Working Conference of the Group Company not only pointed out the direction of our work, but also increased our confidence to work hard. I experience the following three aspects:
1、 People who have knowledge and learning are powerful.
Personally, the most important thing at present is to strengthen learning while doing my job well. No matter in life or work, I should regard learning knowledge as a kind of life attitude, a kind of work responsibility, and a kind of spiritual pursuit. As a financial staff, only by keeping a learning attitude, studying business hard, updating professional knowledge, and actively researching, should he have a sense of urgency for lack of knowledge and ability, think more, understand more, and learn more in his work, stand by the wind and rain, see the world, and have a long view in practice, and firmly learn from colleagues and leaders, can he be more adept at his work and contribute to the construction and development of the company.
2、 Be harmonious with the team and strengthen unity.
Teamwork spirit is the embodiment of the overall consciousness, the spirit of cooperation and the spirit of service. The Finance Department should first have a sense of the overall situation. Everything should be done from the overall situation of the group company. Anything that is beneficial to the company should be done seriously. Secondly, we should establish the idea of active service. Don't complain, avoid or blame when encountering problems, take the initiative to communicate with branches and other departments and solve problems. Only when we unite as one and face difficulties and challenges bravely can we achieve the company's annual business objectives.
3、 Keep the bottom line and strengthen the tax law.
We should be strict with self-discipline, and self-discipline should discipline people. The financial system of an enterprise is the basic law for financial work and must not be overstepped. Only by being strict in self-discipline can financial personnel protect the enterprise. Self discipline is both to protect themselves and the enterprise, ensuring that the enterprise is free from financial risks. Especially in matters involving the bottom line principle, financial personnel must be "as timid as a mouse", timid rather than inaction, but should strengthen risk control and avoidance on the basis of scientific analysis, and grasp the boundary between "doing something" and "not doing something". At the same time, financial personnel should strengthen their awareness of tax law, seriously study tax law knowledge, lay a solid theoretical foundation, attach great importance to tax related risks ideologically, pay taxes in accordance with the law, stick to the bottom line, actively prevent and resolve risks, and jointly maintain the hard won A-level reputation of the Group's tax credit.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
