Only by improving ourselves can we serve the company better

Only by improving ourselves can we serve the company better. I joined the company in 2004 and experienced many fluctuations. In 2005, the Huizhou Waste Power Plant project was shut down, in 2011, the petrochemical company was transformed, and in 2016, the petrochemical industry was depressed, with a sharp decline in business. Only with firm faith, no change of original intention, dedication and self-cultivation, and energy accumulation, can we serve the company. I always believe that the best benefits of the company are training and learning. Since I just graduated in 2004, I have been enjoying the company's training benefits. I have participated in various trainings such as documenter, quality inspector, constructor, nondestructive testing, and constructor, which has made me gradually grow from documenter, technician, and constructor to EPC project manager. After returning to the Engineering Department of the Group, we will take the initiative to connect with the business of the Group and learn the technical atlas, specifications and standards of various disciplines to enhance our technical reserves. At the same time, they are willing to share their learning experience, focus on the weak points of project technology for training, and strive to grow into a manager who is good at project management and has good technical ability, and strive to match their positions. To this end, I want to (1) firm confidence and constantly improve ideological awareness. Be loyal to their duties and conscientious. (2) Look for weaknesses and constantly improve work. Consciously benchmark the post system and assessment methods, find out weak links and improve work efficiency. (3) Strengthen communication and learn advanced technology and management ideas. Timely learn new technologies, new norms, new laws and regulations, and do a good job of guidance, publicity and implementation. In particular, we should pay attention to learning from the advanced technology management of central enterprises and other units, and strive to gradually form the technical standards at the group level.
