On August 19, five members of the CPC Qidong Municipal Committee, Wang Xiaobin, Jiang Ping, the Municipal Committee Standing Committee and the Minister of Propaganda, Gong Xinming, the Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee, came to the Group's Tibet Branch for inspection and guidance.
